The German Watch Museum Glashütte holds an impressive collection of archival documents on the history of watchmaking in Glashütte as well as more than 1,500 volumes of historical and current specialised literature. This invaluable collection for watchmakers and watch enthusiasts is available to any interested parties by appointment in the museum’s reading room. Use is free of charge; we only charge a small fee for issuing copies or scans.
